Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration for respondent No.2, learned Government Pleader for Revenue for respondents 1, 4 & 5 and Sri Y.Rama Rao, learned Standing counsel for respondent No.3.

According to petitioner, he is the owner of land to an extent of Ac.2.33 cents forming part of Sy.Nos.50, 52, 53, 55, 282 and 281 of Uppal Green City/Uppal Model Layout, Bhagath Village, Uppal Mandal, Medchal District. This land was developed by the Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA) with an assurance that the owners of land would be given 1000 Square yards of developed plots per acre instead of paying compensation. Accordingly, Plot Nos.115 and 116 of 1000 square yards each, plot No.356 of 300 Square yards, Plot Nos.535 and 1159 for 200 Square yards each and plot No.483 for 150 Square yards, total 2900 square yards were given. Even though the plots are allotted, the conveyance deeds are not executed causing lot of hardship and suffering. Alleging that though a representation was filed by the petitioner on 22.06.2018, no action is taken, this writ petition is filed. 3.

A reading of the representation itself would show that the 7th respondent in the writ petition is claiming that the entire extent of land belongs to her. Therefore, she filed O.S.No.253 of

- 3 - 2014 which is pending on the file of III-Additional District Judge at L.B.Nagar, Hyderabad. Therefore, the conveyance deeds are not executed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Standing counsel representing HMDA, agrees for disposal of writ petition with a direction to dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner on 22.06.2018.

As there appears to be rival claim by the 7th respondent, while directing the Land Acquisition Officer-cum-Spl.Deputy Collector-5th respondent in consultation with the Commissioner, HMDA-3rd respondent, to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 22.06.2018 and to pass orders, the Land Acquisition Officer is also directed to cause notice on the 7th respondent and afford opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as 7th respondent before taking any decision on the representation submitted by the petitioner on 22.06.2018 and communicate the decision to the petitioner. The entire exercise shall be completed and appropriate orders be passed within six

(6) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 6.
