THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO Civil Revision Petition No.810 of 2016 ORDER:

Heard both sides.

2) Since the main CMA No.55 of 2015 is still pending before the I Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Secunderabad, both parties submitted that a direction may be given to the said Court to dispose of the said CMA on merits within a specific time and till the said CMA is disposed of, the respondent agreed to permit the petitioner to conduct functions through third parties at the agreed charges.

3) In view of the above submission of learned counsel for both parties, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with a direction to learned I Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Secunderabad to dispose of CMA No.55 of 2015 on merits within two (2) months from the date of receipt of copy of this order and it is made clear that till disposal of the CMA by the said Court, the respondent shall permit the petitioner to conduct functions through third parties in the suit schedule premises on payment of agreed charges. No costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
