THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.34368 of 2017 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration for the first respondent, Sri Neeli Ashok Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for GHMC for the second respondent, Sri P.Radhive Reddy, learned counsel for the third respondent, and Sri Y.Rama Rao, learned counsel for the fourth respondent. The only grievance of the petitioners, in the present Writ Petition, is the alleged inaction on the part of the respondent Nos.2 and 3 in responding to the representation, dated 18.07.2017, said to have been submitted by the petitioners herein.

Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the respondents, and in the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the Writ Petition, directing the respondent Nos.2 and 3 to pass appropriate orders on the representation dated 18.07.2017, said to have been submitted by the petitioners herein, strictly in accordance with law, within a period of ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the Writ Petition, shall stand closed. __________________ A.V.SESHA SAI, J 13th October, 2017.
