This Criminal Petition, under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/ A.1 for grant of anticipatory bail in Crime No.66 of 2018 of 2018 of Kalakada Police Station, Chittoor District, registered for the offence punishable under Section 420 read with 34 of I.P.C.

Heard the learned counsel for petitioner/ A.1, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondent-State and perused the record.

In the course of submissions, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioner/ A.1 has not filed a similar bail application before the Court of Session. There are no special circumstances. Under these circumstances, it is not appropriate to deal with this application on merits by this Court. The petitioner/ A.1 is given liberty to file a similar bail application before the Court of Session, if she chooses to do so.
