This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India challenging the order dated 27.6.2016 in I.A.No.28 of 2016 in O.A. No.28 of 2016 on the file of the A.P. Co-operative Tribunal, Vijayawada.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to petitioner to file necessary application in O.A. No.28 of 2016. Permission is granted.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
