THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.38975 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri B.Thimothi, learned Standing Counsel for Universities, apart from perusing the entire material available on record.

An undertaking affidavit, dated 13.11.2018, is filed by the petitioner herein, wherein it is stated that the petitioner will vacate the subject premises by 30.11.2018. Learned Standing Counsel expressed no objection for the same.

In view of the above, petitioner herein is granted time till 30.11.2018 to vacate the subject premises. However, in the event of failure on the part of the petitioner, it is open for the respondents to take action as per law.

Accordingly, Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
