THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION NO.34971 OF 2017 ORDER:

It is the case of the petitioners that they purchased lands to an extent of 300 square yards in Survey No.474/1 in Block No.23 near house No.23-27 and an extent of 355.55 square yards of Plot No.64 in Survey Nos.474/A and 476/B respectively of Garmilla Village, Mancherial Municipality and they submitted applications on 09.02.2017 for building permission and the same were not granted till date.

Since the grievance of the petitioners is with regard to consideration of applications, which were submitted on 09.02.2017, for building permission in respect of the abovementioned lands, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the second respondent to consider the said applications and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of three

(3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
