This petition is filed by the petitioner-de facto complainant seeking a direction to the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Kanigiri, Prakasam District, to expedite trial in C.C.No.11 of 2015 and to dispose of same.

Heard and perused the material available on record. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the prayer sought in this petition, this Court is inclined to pass the following order:

"The learned Judicial First Class Magistrate, Kanigiri, Prakasam District is directed to expedite the trial in C.C.No.11 of 2015 and dispose of the same as early as possible, preferably, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."
