In this writ petition, the grievance of the writ petitioner is non-consideration of the LRS application No.3000026720, dated 31.12.2015, by the 3rd respondent, whereby the petitioner sought regularization of Plot No.12, situated in Survey No.44/1 (Part) of Miyapur, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District. 2.
I have heard the submissions of Sri N. Aswartha Narayana, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration and Urban Development appearing for the 1st respondent and of Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents 2 to 4. I have perused the material record.

At the hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the application of the petitioner has not been rejected and is kept pending.

Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents 2 to 4 would submit that the writ petition may be disposed of with appropriate directions.

Recording the submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to consider the afore-stated application of the petitioner for regularisation and pass appropriate orders within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken thereon to the petitioner within a week thereafter.
