This writ petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed complaining the inaction in passing regularization orders in respect of the petitioner's open plot in an extent of 337.73 square yards in Sy.no.1188 of Metpally under Layout Regularization Scheme, 2015, even after collecting the LRS Penalization charges.

I have heard the submissions of Sri Polisetty Radhakrishna, learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration & urban Development appearing for the 1st respondent; and of Sri N.Praveen Kumar, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent. I have perused the material record. 3.

At the hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner brings to the notice of this Court the proceedings No.381/ G1/ LRS/ 2016, dated 22.08.2017 granting regularization.

Recording the said submissions, the Writ Petition is closed, as no further orders are required to be passed in this writ petition. There shall be no order as to costs.
