THE HONOURABLE Dr.JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO I.A.Nos.3 to 5 of 2018 in/and Criminal Petition No.11475 of 2018 ORDER :

The petitioners 1 to 3 are accused persons in SC ST Sessions Case No.7 of 2017 on the file of the VIII Addl.District and Sessions Judge-cumSpecial Judge, for Trial of SC&ST (POA) Act, West Godavari, Eluru, outcome of Cr.No.23 of 2014 of Undrajavaram Police Station, registered for the offences punishable u/ sec.448, 342, 509, 384, 363 and 506 r/ w 34 IPC and Sec.3(1)(v) of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) amended Act, 2015 (for short, 'the Act'), on the report of the 4th respondent-defacto-complainant. The petition I.A.No.5 of 2018 filed by wife of defacto-complainant by name Mallipudi Nirmala to permit General Power of Attorney (for short, 'GPA') to represent her husband-defacto-complainant, is allowed. The wife-GPA of the defacto-complainant and the petitioners along with their counsel present before the Court and they stated that they have settled the dispute between them amicably and sought permission vide I.A.Nos.3 and 4 of 2018 to compromise the matter and compound the offence.

In view of the compromise between the parties, the same is recorded and they are permitted to compound the offences. In the result, the I.A.Nos.3 to 5 of 2018 are allowed. Consequently, the Crl.P.No.11475 of 2018 is also allowed quashing the proceedings against the petitioners in SC ST Sessions Case No.7 of 2017 on the file of the VIII Addl.District and Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, for Trial of SC&ST (POA) Act, West Godavari, Eluru. The
