The prayer in this writ petition is for a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in interfering with the petitioner's right, title and possession over his property in Door No.28-5-9/2, Suryabagh, Ward No.13, Alipuram, Visakhapatnam, as illegal. However, there are no pleadings in the writ affidavit to support the prayer. No allegation is made that any of the respondents are interfering

with the possession of the petitioner.

In that view of the matter, the writ petition is not maintainable and is accordingly dismissed. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
