HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 39204 of 2018 ORDER:

1) The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the second respondent in not taking appropriate action on the representation dated 27.08.2018 submitted by the petitioner and in not taking steps for demolition of illegal constructions made by the fourth respondent in R.S.No.24/ 1 of Agiripalli Village and Mandal, as illegal and arbitrary.

2) Though various grounds are raised in the writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the second respondent to consider his representation dated 27.08.2018. It is his case that though an application was made on 27.08.2018, till date the same is not considered. 3) Sri D.Ramesh, Learned Counsel appearing for the second respondent, would submit that if the said application is still pending consideration, the authorities may be directed to consider the said representation in accordance with law. 4) Without going into the merits of the case and having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of, directing the second respondent to deal with the representation, dated 27.08.2018 made by the

petitioner, in accordance with law, after hearing all the concerned.

5) Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
