The only grievance in the writ petition is that appeal filed by the petitioner along with stay application before the 2nd respondent against the orders of the 1st respondent dated 06.04.2018, is not being disposed of.

Heard both sides.

In view of the facts and circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the stay application filing along with the appeal, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and appeal, as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs.
