This civil revision petition arises out of docket order dated 20-01-2014 in I.A.No. 963 of 2014 in O.S.No. 288 of 2008 on the file of the Court of Principal Junior Civil Judge, Puttur (for short, 'the Court below'). 2.

At the hearing, Sri V.Jagapathi, learned counsel for the petitioner, has submitted that the abovementioned suit itself has been disposed of by the Court below and therefore the cause with which the present revision is filed has become infructuous.

The civil revision petition is accordingly dismissed as infructuous. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, in this civil revision petition shall stand dismissed in consequence.
