HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 38967 of 2018 ORDER:

1) The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of respondent No.2 in seizing the petitioners' vehicles i.e., lorries bearing Nos.AP-31-TE-5247 and AP-31-TH-7649, as illegal and arbitrary.

2) At the time when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented that the vehicles are produced before the concerned Court. It is further submitted that under similar circumstances, this Court in W.P.No.36142 of 2018, directed the petitioner therein to submit an appropriate application.

3) In view of the orders passed under similar circumstances in W.P.No.36142 of 2018, the writ petition is disposed of directing the petitioners to make an application before the appropriate Court, as per the procedure of law, in which event, the concerned Magistrate shall deal with the same on the very same day, in accordance with law.
