This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to set aside the order in Crl.M.P.No.3333 of 2018 in Crl.A.No.967 of 2018 dated 05.10.2018 passed by the learned Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Hyderabad and suspend the sentence order dated 11.09.2018 in C.C.No.63 of 2016 on the file of the learned XII Special Magistrate, Hyderabad on deposit of 10% of cheque amount and pass such other as this Court deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and in the interest of justice. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners, and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondent No.1-State. 3.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is of the view that there are no grounds to reduce the amount, but for to grant time to pay on or before 31.12.2018 either in lumpsum or in instalments as the case may be.
