THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M. SEETHARAMA MURTI Writ Petition No.38342 of 2017 ORDER:

The grievance of the writ petitioner is with regard to inaction of the respondents 2 to 4 in considering and disposing of the representation, dated 06.11.2017, of the petitioner wherein the petitioner complained against the illegal and unauthorised constructions being made by the 5th respondent in and over the property of the petitioner viz., plot no.216/ part (South side) admeasuring 114 square yards in Sy.No.128/ 2 of Padmanagar Colony, Phase-I, Quithbullapur Village and Mandal.

At the hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that if a direction is given to the respondents to consider and dispose of his afore-said representation, the ends of justice would be met. Learned standing counsel representing the respondents 2 to 4 endorses the said submission.

In view of the afore-said submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Deputy Commissioner, Circle-25, GHMC, Hyderabad, to consider and dispose of the representation, dated 06.11.2017, of the petitioner within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken thereon to the petitioner within a week thereafter. However, this order shall not preclude the respondents from stopping the unauthorised and illegal constructions which are being made by the 5th respondent in the aforesaid property. There shall be no order as to costs.
