THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI WRIT PETITION No.36269 of 2017 ORDER:
This writ petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner complaining against the inaction of the 2nd respondent with regard to disposal of the representations, dated 07.10.2017 and 23.10.2017, of the petitioner, wherein the complaint is that the 3rd respondent has undertaken foundation and digging operations in her property adjacent to the property of the petitioner without obtaining any permission for construction and that if she proceeds with such digging operations, there is every likelihood of the petitioner's property falling down.

At the hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that if a direction is given to the 2nd respondent to consider and dispose of the representations submitted by the petitioner, the grievance of the petitioner would be redressed.

Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent endorses the said submission.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider and dispose of the representations, dated 07.10.2017 and 23.10.2017, submitted by the petitioner within four weeks from the date of the receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken thereon not only to the petitioner but also to the 3rd respondent and other stakeholders, if any.
There shall be no order as to costs.
