THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.10638 OF 2015 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C to quash the proceedings against the petitioners in unnumbered PRC of 2015 on the file of the II Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate Court, Tanuku, West Godavari District arising out of Cr.No.18 of 2015 on the file of Peravali Police Station.

2 When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners has sought permission of the Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw this Criminal Petition, with a liberty to avail the remedies available to them under law, including filing of petition for discharge.

3 Permission is accorded.

In the result, the Criminal petition is dismissed, granting the liberty as prayed for. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending if any in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed. __________________________ T. SUNIL CHOWDARY, J.
