This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order dated 27.10.2016 passed in I.A.No.870 of 2016 in O.S.No.595 of 2013 on the file of the Court of the Principal District Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B. Nagar. As per the office note, the trial court disposed of the suit on 30.12.2016.

In view of the disposal of the suit, the purpose of filing of the Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this petition shall stand closed.
