THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A.V.SESHA SAI W.P.No.35601 of 2017 ORDER:

Heard Sri M.Subba Rao, learned counsel for petitioner, Sri V.Narasimha Goud, learned Standing Counsel for Respondents 2 and 3 and Sri G.Narender Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for Respondent No.5. 2.

The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition as advocated by the learned counsel for the petitioner is that though this Court in W.P.No.26254 of 2017 filed by the unofficial respondents specifically directed the official respondents to take action on the representation said to have been submitted by the unofficial respondents herein after giving notice to all the stakeholders, the Respondent authorities are trying to demolish the subject structures.

3.

At the hearing, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for Respondents 2 and 3 and also learned Standing Counsel appearing for Respondent No.5 that neither the Respondent officials nor their staff went to the subject site and threatened the petitioners as alleged and there is no cause of action for the present writ petition. It is further submitted by the learned Standing Counsel that the Respondent authorities will take action strictly in accordance with the orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.26254 of 2017 dated 7.8.2017.

4.

Recording the above, the writ petition is closed. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
