It is stated that the petitioners made application dated 23-07-2015 to mutate their names by deleting the name of 4th respondent in revenue records in respect of land in Sy.No.124 of Kanakaveedu Village, Nandavaram Mandal, Kurnool District. In pursuance of the same, the Tahsildar-3rd respondent issued notice dated 30-12-2015 to the petitioners and the 4th respondent. As no orders are passed on the same, the present writ petition is filed. Without expressing any opinion on merits, the 3rd respondent is directed to dispose of the application dated 23-07-2015 submitted by the petitioners, in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the 4th respondent as well as affected parties if any.
