Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Forests for respondents. 2.

This Writ Petition was filed challenging the action of respondents 1 and 2 in trying to interfere with the possession and enjoyment of petitioners' lands in survey No.807 of Duggayapalle Grampanchayat, Lebaka Village, Vallur Mandal, Y.S.R. Kadapa District.

3. The learned Government Pleader brought to the notice of this Court the earlier Writ Petition filed by the petitioners in W.P.No.11013 of 2006 was dismissed on 17.08.2012 by this Court. A copy of the order in the said Writ Petition was filed by the petitioners and there is no suppression of fact. 4.

In view of dismissal of the earlier Writ Petition, this Writ Petition cannot be entertained and it is accordingly dismissed. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
