THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE VILAS V. AFZULPURKAR CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.5183 OF 2015 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Though learned counsel for the petitioner has argued on more than one occasion, I am not satisfied that the application filed by the petitioner under Section 47 C.P.C. is maintainable and the order of the Court below rejecting the application, in my view, does not call for any interference.

Hence, giving liberty to the petitioner to approach appropriate Court with an appropriate remedy, if she is so advised, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Civil Revision Petition shall stand closed.
