When the matter is taken up, it is submitted that the petitioner-Company has already approached projected Independent External Monitors created by respondents for its redresssal, which is under consideration before the respondent authority. Having regard to the above submission, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition, leaving it open to the petitioner to pursue the remedy available in law. No costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
