......Respondent Ppetition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the Affidavit filed here in the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the illegal action of the respondent issuing possession notice and taking possession of property of the residential building Door No.910-125 Kothapet Main Road, Railpet Guntur is illegal arbitrary and violation of Principles of natural Justice, rules and regulations of security interest and Articles 14,19, and 21 of Indian Constitution, and consequently, direct the respondent to hand over the possession of the property Door No.9-10- 125 Kothapet Main Road, Railpet Guntur by once again giving reasonable period for repayment of the amount due to the respondent herein and to stay of sale of the property;

The petition coming on for hearing and upon perusing the petition and affidavit filed herein and order of the High Court dated 23-06-2015 made herein and upon hearing the arguments of SRI KOONA REDDY ANJI REDDY Advocate for the Petitioner and of Sri V.Raghu, Advocate for Respondent, the Court made the following:

ORDER:

The petitioner is granted time till 15-09-2015 to comply the condition imposed by this Court by the interim order, dated 23-06-2015. It is made clear that if the petitioner fails to deposit 50% of the amount

on or before 15-09-2015 to comply the interim order of this Court, dated 23.06.2015, the same shall stand vacated and it is open to the respondents to proceed further in accordance with law without any reference to this Court.
