Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Satyam Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for Respondent No.3. 2.
Today, when the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that by virtue of impugned notice dated 4.10.2017 issued under Section 635 of Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act, 1955, the Respondent Commissioner granted only (3) days time for submission of the documents as indicated therein, which is highly arbitrary and unreasonable and the Commissioner should have granted reasonable time to the petitioner to submit the documents.

On the other hand, it is the submission of the learned Standing Counsel for Respondent No.3, that the petitioner herein may be granted two weeks time to submit his further explanations, if any, along with relevant documents.

In view of the above submission, the writ petition is disposed of, granting two weeks time to the petitioner herein from today for submission of further explanation and documents, if any, as indicated in the notice for consideration of the Respondents herein and for proceeding further in the matter. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
