Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration & Urban Development and Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for GHMC.

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that, for redressal of its grievance, petitioner herein submitted a representation, dated 17.09.2017, to the respondents but no action has been taken despite lapse of considerable length of time.

On the other hand, it is submitted by Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for GHMC, that the said representation, if pending, would be verified and appropriate action be taken, strictly in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the stakeholders.

Recording the above submission, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the GHMC authorities to verify the representation, dated 17.09.2017, said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein, and to take appropriate action, strictly in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the stakeholders, as
