Mr.S.Santosh Kumar, learned Assistant Government Pleader, at the out set, submits that Polisetty Sreenu @ Gotala Sreenu S/o.Mastan came to be arrested on 18.09.2015 in connection with Crime No.337 of 2015 and presently, he is in judicial custody. In view of the submission made by learned Assistant Government Pleader, Mr.G.Nageswara Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, does not press the writ petition. The writ petition is dismissed as not pressed. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, also stand disposed of.
