THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M. SEETHARAMA MURTI Writ Petition No.38522 of 2017 ORDER:

This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner alleging that at the instance of the 3rd respondent, who is a Corporator, the officials of the Municipal Corporation are threatening to demolish the compound wall of the subject house of the petitioner on the ground of road widening, and that therefore, the writ petition is filed.

Heard Sri T.Balamohan Reddy, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner; and Smt.Pingali Lakshmi, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent Corporation. I have perused the material record. 3.

At the hearing, learned Standing Counsel, on instructions, submits that the writ petition is filed on mere apprehensions, and that, there is no proposal for widening of the road at the subject property. 4.

Recording the submissions of the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent Corporation, this Writ Petition is closed.

There shall be no order as to costs.
