Petitioner's grievance is that petitioner had made a representation on 14.08.2018 seeking promotion as Science Assistant but the respondents are not considering the same. 2.

The Government Pleader for Services-II appearing for respondents states that the 1st respondent will consider the petitioner's representation dt.14.08.2018 within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner. 3.

In view of the said submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 1st respondent to consider petitioner's representation dt.14.08.2018 within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
