ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking to declare the proceedings dated 10.05.2016 issued by the 4th respondent as arbitrary and illegal and to direct the 4th respondent to pay the salary from 1.6.2015 to 10.5.2016 and subsistence allowance from 11.5.2016 till date.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the respondents produced before this Court a copy of the final order dated 6.7.2016 passed by the 4th respondent terminating the services of the petitioner.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that challenging the said termination, the petitioner intends to file a fresh writ petition. In view of the same, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
