O R D E R:- (per Hon'ble Sri Justice A. Shankar Narayana) Sri G.L. Narasimha Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, represents that the writ petition has become infructuous as the detention order was passed on 21.02.2015.

Perused the order of detention which was passed on 21.02.2015 by the 2nd respondent - Commissioner of Police.

Hence, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.

As a sequel to the dismissal of the writ petition, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
