This Writ Petition is filed challenging the notice, dated 30.08.2017, issued under Section 636 of the Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act, 1955.

When the matter is taken up for consideration today, learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents produced before this Court the photographs showing demolition of temporary structures already made in the subject property.

In the circumstances, nothing survives in this Writ Petition for further adjudication and the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
