THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE K.SURENDER CRIMINAL PETITION No. 11468 OF 2018 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner to quash the proceedings in Crime No.170 of 2018, on the file of PS Central Crime Station, DD, Hyderabad.

As seen from the proceeding sheet, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner on 29.O1.2025, as such, the case \ ras directed to be posted today under the caption 'for dismissal'. Today also, there is no appezrrance for the petitioner. The case underwent several adjournments. In the said circumstances, this Court is not inclined to keep the petition pending.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. Miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
