This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner seeking verbatim the following relief: " ....to issue any writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus to declare the inaction of the official respondents in not implementing their own orders vide Notice no.G-296/UC/ACP-VI/GHMC/2016 dated 20-072016 issued U/s 452(1) and 461 (1) of GHMC Act in respect of property premises bearing Plot Nos.107/B1 and 107/B2 each admeasuring 250 sq yards in Survey No.134/20, situated at Ward No.8, Block No.15, Shahstripuram Cooperative Society, Meer Sagar, Hamlet of Mailardevpally under GHMC Circle No.

VI, Rajender Nagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District as illegal, arbitrary, without right and title, against the principles of natural justice and in violation of Articles 14, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondent No.2 to stop the illegal and unauthorised construction being raised by Respondent No.4 in the petitioner's property, in the interests of justice and to pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deems fit just and proper in the circumstances of the case." 2.

Heard Sri V.Durga Nageswara Rao, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Sri N.Ashok Kumar, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent Corporation. 3.

At the hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that if an opportunity is given to submit a representation to the Deputy Commissioner of the 2nd respondent Corporation; and, a direction is given to the said authority to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner in accord with law, the grievance of the petitioner would be redressed.

Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent Corporation endorses the said submission.

Recording the said submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to submit a representation to the Deputy Commissioner of the 2nd respondent Corporation within ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order; and, on the petitioner making such representation, the said authority shall consider and dispose of the said representation, in strict accordance with the procedure established by law, however, within four weeks from the date of its submission and communicate the decision taken thereon to the petitioner within a week thereafter.

There shall be no order as to costs.
