Learned counsel for petitioner submits that after filing of the writ petition, an endorsement dated 30.10.2018, is issued by the Tahsildar, Macherla, rejecting the application of petitioner for cancellation of pattadar passbooks and title deeds issued to respondent No.5. In view of the same, he wants to challenge the said endorsement.

Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed, granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the endorsement dated 30.10.2018, issued by the Tahsildar, Macherla. No order as to costs.
