Heard the counsel for petitioner, and the learned Government Pleader for Services-III, for respondents.

The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition alleging nonconsideration of petitioner's representations dt.02.09.2018, 05.09.2018 and 19.09.2018 made to 1st respondent for allocating place of promotion as Sericulture Officer on spouse grounds, and that the 1st respondent has not passed any orders thereon. 3.

The learned Government Pleader for Services-III, appearing for respondents, states that the 1st respondent will dispose of the said representations within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order, and communicate his decision thereon to petitioner.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 1st respondent to dispose of the said representations within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order, and communicate his decision thereon to petitioner. No order as to costs. 5.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
