THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE K.C.BHANU AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.K.JAISWAL W.P.No.10644 OF 2015 ORDER:- (per Hon'ble Sri Justice K.C.Bhanu) This writ petition is filed seeking to issue a writ of Habeas Corpus directing the respondents to produce the person i.e., minor daughter of the petitioner - E.Mounica, aged about 16 years, R/o.H.No.3-22, Singarajupalem, Dirusumarru Village, Bhimavaram Mandal, West Godavari District before this Court and to set her at liberty.

2. Heard.

3. Learned Advocate General (Andhra Pradesh) stated that the detenue was traced and she was produced before the Magistrate concerned, who in turn directed to put the detenue in a rescue home. Hence, there is no illegal detention of the detenue.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Advocate General, the writ petition is liable to be dismissed.

5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. ______________________ JUSTICE K.C.BHANU
