ORDER:
Petitioner is aggrieved by the order of cancellation of Fair Price Shop Dealership dated 20.10.2016. Petitioner earlier filed W.P.No.34240 of 2018 challenging the suspension of dealership dated 28.05.2016 and continuation of suspension. According to learned counsel for petitioner, during the course of hearing of said writ petition, copy of the order dated 20.10.2016 was served. Therefore, till the order was served, there was no information to the petitioner about the orders being passed by the Revenue Divisional Officer.

Against the order of cancellation, appeal shall lie to the District Collector under Clause 24 of the Andhra Pradesh State Targeted Public Distribution System (Control) Order, 2018. 3.
Having regard to this provision, learned counsel for petitioner seeks leave of the Court to avail remedy of appeal and to raise all pleas as available in law.

Having regard to the provision contained in Clause 24 of Control Order, liberty as sought for by the petitioner is granted. Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall stand closed.
