HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.34031 OF 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed declaring the action of the 3rd respondent in not giving unique identification numbers on the existing pattadar pass books and title deeds of the petitioners and uploading their details in the Government website, though the Revision No.P2/55/P3 of 2013 is allowed on 18.07.2016, as arbitrary and illegal.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that already petitioners made representation dated 23.07.2016 to the 3rd respondent for issuing unique identification numbers on the existing pattadar pass books and title deeds and for uploading their details in the website.

Heard learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue. In view of the above facts and circumstances since the representation of the petitioners is stated to be pending before the 3rd respondent, the 3rd respondent is directed to dispose of the same in accordance with law within a period of four weeks. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
