This Contempt Case is Iiled under Sections l0 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act for gross violation of the orders passed by this Court in W.p.No.242O5 of 2015, dated 04.O8.2015.

After perusal of the record, it reveals that this Court while disposing of the Writ petition i.e., W.p.No.242OS of 2015, dated O4.O8.2OlS, directed respondent No.4 to \ I consider the application submitted by the petitioner on I7.O7.2015 in accordance with the provisions of WALTA Act and pass appropriate orders within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

Learned Assistant Government pleader appearing on behalf of the respondent basing on the instructions submits that pursuant to the orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.242O5 of 2015, dated 04.0g.2015, respondent i considered the application submitted by the petitioner and I

passed orders in accordance with the provisions of WALTA Act.

4. In view of the above submission, no further adjudication is required.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
