ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to set aside proceedings No.87744/GHMC/C16/NZ/2013, dated 04.01.2013, issued by respondent No.5.

The petitioner has filed WPMP.No.50443 of 2014 for leave to him to question the proceedings No.103/TPS/Cir16/NZ/GHMC/2014, dated 13.11.2014, issued by respondent No.4 during the pendency of this Writ Petition. In my opinion, as the said proceedings were issued during the pendency of this Writ Petition, it would be appropriate for the petitioner to file a fresh Writ Petition questioning the said proceedings along with the proceedings impugned in this Writ Petition. In this view of the matter, the Writ Petition is dismissed, without adjudicating on the merits of the case, with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh Writ Petition.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, W.P.M.P.Nos.33871 and 50443 of 2015 are dismissed as infructuous.
