HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.39004 of 2018 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the prohibitory lands list communicated by respondent No.4 under Section 22A (1) (a) of the Registration Act, 1908 (for short "the Act") including the land in an extent of Ac.2-70 cents in sy.NO.64/2 of Kongalaveedu Village fields, Badvel Mandal, Y.S.R. District as an assigned land.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue has now placed G.O.Ms.No.200 Revenue (ASSN.I) Department, dated 05-05-2016 before this Court stating that the subject land is included in the prohibitory list under clause (e) of 22-A of the Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to institute fresh writ petition challenging the said G.O.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought for. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
