P.Ranganayakulu S/O P.Venkataramudu v. The State Of Andhra Pradesh
HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE VILAS V.AFZULPURKAR W.P.No.5987 of 2015 ORDER:
Heard.
The petitioner alleges that there is a dispute between him and respondents 4 and 5 with regard to the land admeasuring Ac.2-83 cents in Sy.No.209-3 and Ac.0-50 cents in Sy.No.210-2B4 situated at A.Narayanapuram, Anantapur Mandal and District. Alleging that the 3rd respondent is interfering with the said civil dispute, the petitioner filed the present writ petition.
Learned Government Pleader has received instructions, which state that the 3rd respondent never interfered with the civil dispute pending between the petitioner and respondents 4 and 5 and that the averment made by the petitioner that the Mandal Surveyor visited the land and fixed the boundaries is not within the knowledge of the 3rd respondent.
Since the 3rd respondent has specifically stated that he never interfered with the civil dispute of the petitioner and respondents 4 and 5, the present writ petition is apparently filed merely on apprehension. Hence, no orders are required to be passed in this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
