Learned counsel for the appellant states that the parties have arrived at a settlement and have approached the learned Family Court by filing a joint application for divorce by mutual consent. The first motion has yet to be listed before the learned Family Court. 2.

In view of the submission made hereinabove, the present appeal is disposed of along with the pending applications, if any. Needless to state that in the event the compromise breaks down for any reason, then the appellant shall be entitled to seek revival of the present appeal.
