THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.6216 OF 2016 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed by the respondent in D.V.C.No.32 of 2015 seeking to quash the orders dated 9.11.2015 passed by the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Special Mobile Court, Eluru in allowing Crl.M.P.No.8491 of 2015 in DVC No.32 of 2015 and directing the petitioner herein to pay an amount of Rs.5,000/- per month to his wife-second respondent herein towards interim maintenance.

As against the impugned order, the petitioner is at liberty to file an appeal, if he is so advised.

The Criminal Petition is dismissed with the above observation.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
