T.Seshagiri Rao v. The State Of Telangana

THE HONOURABLE Dr.JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO I.A.No.3 of 2018 in/and Criminal Petition No.11467 of 2018 ORDER :

Both the defacto-complainant and the petitioners/ A.1 to A.3 in C.C.No.759 of 2003 on the file of the II Addl. Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, City Criminal Courts, Nampally, Hyderabad, for the offences punishable under Sections 379,381,403,408 and 120-B read with 34 IPC, along with their counsel are present.

Both the parties stated that they have settled the dispute between them amicably and entered into Memorandum of Understanding and sought permission vide I.A.No.3 of 2018 to compromise the matter. In view of the compromise between the parties, the same is recorded and they are permitted to compound the offences. In the result, the I.A.No.3 of 2018 is allowed. Consequently, the Criminal Petition is also allowed quashing the proceedings in C.C.No.759 of 2003 on the file of the II Addl. Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, City Criminal Courts, Nampally, Hyderabad, against the petitioners/ A.1 to A.3 and they are acquitted. Their bail bonds shall stand cancelled.
