Heard the learned counsel for petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies for respondents.
2. The petitioner was appointed as a fair price shop dealer of shop No.117, Chintal Village, Qutubullapur Mandal, Ranga Reddy District. While so, on 11.09.2014, the Vigilance and Enforcement officials along with the fourth respondent came to the shop of the petitioner and found some variations. It is admitted by the petitioner that at the time of inspection, she was not in shop and her brother was in the shop. A case under Section 6-A of the Essential Commodities Act was registered in respect of the variations and admittedly the same is pending before the second respondent. A separate show cause notice was issued by the third respondent on 23.09.2014 and the petitioner submitted her explanation. The case before the third respondent is also pending. The present Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the third respondent for restoration of the authorization in view of the delay in disposing of the matter before him.

Now it is clear from the above facts that a case registered under Section 6-A of the Essential Commodities Act is pending before the second respondent and a case for contravention of the provisions of APSPDS Control Order, 2008 is pending before the third respondent. When the above two cases are pending before the competent authorities, this Court is not inclined to grant the relief sought for by the petitioner. However, in view of the long delay that has taken place, it is just and proper to direct respondents 2 and 3 to dispose of the case pending before them within a period of 30 days from the date of a copy of this order in accordance with law.
4. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. No order as to costs.
